    Presentation of Finalists

    Included in our online shortlist are at least 3 work references. We also coordinate the final interviews with our client and the start of the final candidate with his/her new company.

    Follow-Up

    After the final selection we ask our client feedback on the selection process. DPESA also informs all participants about the outcome of the process. In case the final candidate does not accept the client’s offer, DPESA opens the search process again in order to present new finalists based on the initial job profile.
